New in Greenville: Stone Cottage in Falls Park, Hangar 28 at the downtown airport, Mezcla, Encompass Health's 80-bed wing and Cork & Candles on Main.

Last checked Oct. 16, 2026. This roundup is rebuilt each month from the City of Greenville’s newsroom, the Greenville Chamber ribbon-cutting calendar and the city’s business license office. Greenville’s newest places to eat range from a 132-year-old stone cottage at the gate of Falls Park to a 1950s-style diner beside the runway at the downtown airport. Bigger names are on the way: a Faherty store on North Main Street and South Carolina’s first JW Marriott.
