Every traditional public school in the City of Greenville belongs to Greenville County Schools, one district for the whole county, with its office at 301 E. Camperdown Way and an InfoLine at 864-355-3100. School zones do not follow the city limits: many schools with a Greenville mailing address sit in unincorporated parts of the county, and some city streets are zoned for schools in Taylors or Mauldin. Check any address with the district’s Find Your School lookup before you buy, rent or enroll.
This page lists the 30 district schools that sit inside the city or are zoned for city addresses and carry a Greenville or Taylors address, plus five public charter schools with Greenville addresses. Each name links to our page on that school, with its principal, report card, zone, calendar and contacts.
